A doll that appears to be ‘transgender’ has sparked outrage after appearing on the shelves of a toy shop.
The doll, wearing a dress and sporting a penis and long blonde hair was seen at the ‘Planet Of Toys’ shop in the Siberian city of Novosibirsk in south-central Russia.
Mr Putin, 67, whose final presidential term is supposed to end in 2024 under present rules, called for a referendum on constitutional amendments including an increase in the powers of parliament and the State Council, an advisory body to the Kremlin.
